PRESENTATION
The Fidelio L1 first name signed Philips acclaim in the world of modern high-fidelity. The L2 comes with the promise of a sound as good, slightly revised, and a design that evolves into softness.

L1 showed a neo-retro look inconspicuous, blending dark brown leather stitched and dark anodized aluminum. L2, taking up many second generation of M1 elements takes a more modern turn. We will not complain about the extensive use of aluminum and leather in a revised design. The arch of L1 is no longer flat; L2 has the right to a lighter tubular construction and robust at the same time. This is an egg-shaped section of arch, similar to the M1, which makes its appearance here, oversized version. It is surrounded by foam covered with black stitched orange leather, giving it the coup a thicker appearance but much wider and more discreet on the head. Atria side, few cosmetic changes: the shape memory foam is not retouched - it does not need it - and still be seen covered with a very comfortable leather.By cons, two points are changed. The back gate of the transducer is extended amending the same time sound rendering, and the articulation of the clip to the hoop is different, stronger. On the head, the Fidelio L2 is comfortable.Rather large for a nomadic circum, it should not bother the large heads. Contact ears is excellent and unobtrusive. One small annoyance: the arch is felt after several hours of listening. But there is sedentary although some models do not cause this problem. Supplied with cover - soft, damage - a jack adapter, the headset also comes with two cables: one is classical, the second includes a remote control phone. This is simplified compared to the previous model, without volume control. The connection to the headset is also simplified, the existing short section of cable having previously disappeared in favor of a connector in the atrium, more classic.
